   Arrivals and Departures

Please read the following steps in order to familiarize yourself with the arrival and departure process, like receiving the keys of the apartment or getting refunded your damage deposit upon departure from the apartment in Toronto.

The Arrivals:

The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 15:00 pm. If, for any reason, your arrival is earlier, please let us know in advance so we might try to accommodate you before.

Whether you request the airport pickup service or not, you are asked to call torontofurnishedsuite.com at 416-602-1020 as soon as you complete the custom formalities and before collecting your luggage pieces, so that we can exchange descriptions of our mutual appearances, and arrange a meeting place (the pillar's number) over the phone. A member of our staff will use the time you are dealing with these matters to drive to the airport, and will meet you outside the main entrance.

In case you don't need a pickup service, when you arrive in Toronto we would ask you to call torontofurnishedsuite.com at the telephone number provided in the email to confirm your arrival time at the apartment. This call is very important for us to estimate the time of your arrival. Otherwise it might no one be available to collect you on the accommodation site.

After checking-in the apartment, our staff member will provide you with the following:

  • Collect the remaining rental amount and the damage deposit in cash
  • Keys for entry to the apartment
  • Walk through the apartment
  • Instruct you how to use equipment in the apartment like the cooker ranger
  • Explain any items like rubbish removal specific to that neighbourhood, local grocery store location, directions to metro station or other information regarding the area in general. Pleae note; for arrival to the apartment after 21.00 there is a late check-in fee of $30.

    The Departures:

    Normal check out time is 11h AM. Please request late check out prior to arrival and we will try our best to accommodate to your needs. A member of our staff will be at the apartment at the concerted hour to:

  • Collect the apartment keys
  • Return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred.

    Cleaning:

    The apartment shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition.
